Requirements
Must:
- Strong, demonstrable experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Proven capability with the Power Platform
- Hands-on experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, proactive approach to technical and commercial challenges
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions and meet tight deadlines
- Fast learner, able to absorb and apply new technical information quickly
- Current Microsoft certifications across Dynamics 365, Azure or Power Platform (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Architect, design, estimate and implement solutions using best practice patterns and methodologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify the best mix of configuration, custom development and third-party components
- Support pre-sales activities, including demos and proof-of-concept builds
- Continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft technologies to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions
- Deliver work within a quality-driven environment, aligned with industry standard methodologies
