Requirements
Must:
- Solid commercial experience at a principal or lead level, owning, building, and running production systems
- Strong engineering fundamentals and good judgement
- Experience with cloud, APIs, and modern delivery practices
- A practical approach to AI in real engineering workflows
- Comfort working closely with product teams and challenging ideas constructively
Responsibilities
- Build and ship real systems end to end, from early idea to production
- Modernise existing platforms without defaulting to big rewrites
- Move services toward cloud-native ways of working where it makes sense
- Deliver fast PoCs to prove value, then scale what works
- Make smart, pragmatic engineering decisions that keep momentum high
- Use AI to accelerate delivery without compromising quality
