Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in senior-level design roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and leading design teams.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and other key design tools, with the ability to coach teams on best practices.
- Strong grasp of user-first design principles, accessibility, and user research methodologies.
- Confident communicator who can engage and influence across teams and senior leadership.
- A big-picture thinker with strong strategic insight.
- Nice to have: Background in banking, fintech, rewards, or digital financial services.
Responsibilities
- As the Lead Designer, I will play a pivotal role in shaping the design strategy and creative vision across the organization.
- This position requires a balance of hands-on design, leadership, and strategic direction.
- I will have the chance to grow a talented team, collaborate closely with executive leadership, and ensure design excellence is embedded in every product and experience we deliver.
