We are seeking candidates with solid L2 or L3 Networking experience. You should have a strong background in supporting, designing, and managing IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Tenants is essential, including the ability to configure systems as a tenant. Knowledge of incident response and root-cause analysis is required, along with a proven background in network administration and infrastructure support. A strong understanding of networking protocols and core network technologies is crucial. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, on-prem Active Directory, and Group Policies is expected. Although cybersecurity and firewall experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will provide support for LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems. Youll assist with the management of SD-WAN, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out configuration changes and upgrades while ensuring accurate documentation of systems. You will be involved in supporting cloud and network improvement projects, including Wi-Fi and printing. Additionally, you will participate in a Microsoft Teams migration across the business.

Description
This position is a 3-month fixed-term contract based on-site in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. We offer a salary range of £60k - £70k (pro-rated, depending on experience). Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:15 AM - 1:00 PM. At our company, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
