We are scaling a modern, cloud-first digital platform and are looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn quickly, work with a modern tech stack, and contribute to features that people use. This role is the perfect launchpad for your career; youll work across the full stack, gain exposure to real architecture decisions, and grow rapidly in a team that truly invests in developing early-career engineers. In this role, you will work with React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and modern cloud services. You won’t be confined to one area; instead, youll engage with front-end, back-end, mobile, and data. Youll learn how real products are shaped through ideas, prototypes, delivery, and iteration, all while receiving hands-on mentorship from engineers who care about your progression. We offer a salary range of £25,000-£32,000, equity, hybrid working arrangements in Belfast, fast progression, and a collaborative team environment that utilizes modern engineering practices.
