Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an IT support/technician role
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Desirable: exposure to Azure/AWS, endpoint security, MDM, ITIL or ISO 27001.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day IT operations across the business
- Provide first line IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
- Set up and configure laptops and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Support system updates, patching and maintenance
- Maintain asset registers and documentation
- Assist with IT security initiatives and audits
- Support ISO 27001 compliance activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement across IT services.
