- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence or access to suitable transport.
Desirable attributes include experience working within the public sector or local government.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our IT services run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for applications, databases, and user accounts.
- Installing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software.
- Conducting data analysis and contributing to system development.
- Collaborating with suppliers to test and implement new solutions.
- Helping to shape IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Managing access controls and ensuring systems remain secure and available.
