Requirements
Must:
- I require 2 years of experience in a hands-on End User or IT Support role.
- I need expertise in supporting Windows Server 2008 to 2019 in physical, Azure, and VMWare environments.
- I expect 2 years of experience supporting Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and user and group administration is essential.
- I also need previous experience working with LAN & WAN networking.
Responsibilities
- You will manage 1st and 2nd line service desk tickets, providing both on-site and remote support.
- I need you to support servers from 2008 to 2019 in both physical and virtual environments.
- Your role will involve supporting hardware and software across our sites, including printers, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices.
- You will support EPOS, Ecommerce, Sage, and CCTV systems across our stores.
- I expect you to travel to different company sites across Northern Ireland, the UK, and ROI for on-site installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- You will support our in-house applications, including Microsoft Applications, ERP System, and Telephony System.
- I require you to handle user administration for Office 365, including setup and management.
Description
As a leading retail company with a significant presence in the market, we are looking to add an IT Support Engineer to our team based in Belfast. This position is vital for reinforcing our on-site support function for stores across the UK and Ireland. We offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000, and your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
