I am looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience in delivering short-term technology infrastructure projects. You must possess strong coordination and communication skills, having the ability to work effectively across multiple departments, including IS, HR, and Facilities. It is essential that you demonstrate efficient management of suppliers and internal stakeholders. A methodical approach with a strong attention to documentation and support planning is required.
Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager, I expect you to lead and coordinate the deployment of specialist equipment across multiple sites. You will be responsible for coordinating testing, configuration, and installation planning, ensuring alignment with the broader implementation programme. You will manage the receipt and storage of the hardware prior to installation, as well as coordinate with IS and external suppliers to configure a test terminal. Furthermore, you will oversee the roll-out and configuration of the hardware, organize training sessions for the IS team, and create clear documentation for ongoing support processes.
Description
This position is a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with 50% of your time spent on-site in Craigavon, Co. Armagh, offering an approximate salary of £55,000 pro-rata.
