Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 1st Line IT Support or Application Support role
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Confident supporting a wide range of users
- Basic SQL knowledge is essential
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT and application support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Support internal business systems and applications
- Communicate clearly with users, keeping them updated on progress
- Escalate issues where appropriate and work with wider IT teams
- Run basic SQL queries to help investigate application issues
Description
We are an established software business based in Belfast, offering a supportive full-time role in our internal IT function. We provide a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, along with benefits such as 34 days annual leave (including statutory days), private healthcare, and a pension scheme. Our working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys problem-solving to join our team.
