Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who comes from a 3rd Line / Senior Infrastructure or Service Delivery background and is eager to take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilities. You should possess strong technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, and cloud solutions. Proven experience in customer-focused IT service delivery environments is essential. Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills are also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and mentor a skilled team of engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery. You will oversee managed services, making sure that SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, you will also focus on continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency will be key, as will contributing to strategic planning and the development of IT service frameworks.
