Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working on ServiceNow HR implementations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with technology solutions
- Experience delivering HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver under pressure
- Experience gathering requirements, running workshops, and translating business needs into user stories
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile or programme management delivery frameworks
- Commercial awareness, with exposure to bids or business development activities
- Experience working across multiple geographies or large-scale programmes is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of HR technology solutions
- Work closely with clients to transform their HR processes through effective use of ServiceNow
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope solutions and run workshops
- Support bids and business development activities as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Engage in innovative, large-scale transformation programmes
