Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with a strong grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and capability models. You should have experience shaping long-term business/IT alignment strategies and the ability to maintain enterprise roadmaps, principles, and standards. Confidence in advising senior leadership on investment priorities, operating model impacts, and regulatory considerations at the enterprise scale is essential. A proven track record with EA governance, architecture boards, and portfolio planning is expected. Certifications such as IASA, TOGAF, or Zachman will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the target-state architecture for multi-year, organization-wide transformation initiatives, including cost/benefit analysis, risk appetite, and regulatory considerations. You will develop target operating models, digital roadmaps, and technology blueprints, while designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise strategies across applications, cloud, integration, and data. You will partner with the CIO/CTO and senior stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and will need to work within applicable regulatory and security requirements, such as GDPR, NIS2, and DORA where relevant. Additionally, you will provide technical delivery oversight, which includes vendor and platform selection.
