Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an ERP Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior ERP Consultant
- Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations
- Deep understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Experience designing enterprise ERP integrations and data migration strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- Desirable: Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive environments
- Desirable: Experience migrating from Sage ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Desirable: Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, or Power BI
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics certifications or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Define system architecture including integrations, data flows, and dependencies
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards
- Provide architectural leadership across the ERP implementation lifecycle
- Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to map and optimise processes
- Ensure ERP supports key manufacturing capabilities including Production planning and scheduling, Bill of materials (BOM), Shop floor control, Inventory and warehouse management, Procurement and supplier management, and Reporting and analytics
- Support transition from legacy ERP platforms including Sage Line 500
- Contribute to data migration strategies and system rationalisation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes during the transition
- Design integration architecture between ERP and enterprise systems
- Work with internal teams and implementation partners on delivery
- Produce architecture documentation and ensure compliance with organisational standards

This permanent position is based in Ballymena, with occasional travel required.
