Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in ERP project management, ideally with Microsoft Business Central.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prince2, PMP, or Agile certification (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles, from scoping to go-live.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Business Central to optimize implementation.

At MCS Group, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing business with operations across Northern Ireland and the wider UK for a brand new role. You will join us at a critical time as we embark on a period of investment, with a specific focus on a major ERP upgrade. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to work on and deliver a range of technology projects, including a major cloud migration and the implementation of new systems over the next few years. If you are a seasoned Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering ERP implementations and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
