Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of enterprise processes across finance, supply chain or operations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX (desirable)
- Experience with Sage ERP systems (e.g. Sage Line 500, Sage 200, Sage X3) (desirable)
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments (desirable)
- Experience with ERP integrations or Azure technologies (desirable)
- Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current and future business processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support ERP configuration and system design discussions
- Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Produce process documentation and user guides
- Provide support for existing ERP and production systems
- Work closely with external implementation partners
