Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales implementations or upgrades
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules and CRM customisations
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) would be beneficial
- Wider experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Sales) components including entities, forms, views, dashboards and business process flows
- Develop extensions using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform components
- Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365 services, APIs and external systems
- Work closely with Business Analysts and delivery teams to convert functional requirements into robust technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing CRM functionality
- Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and knowledge sharing within the team
Description
At MCS Group, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a 6-month contract based in Belfast. This role focuses on enhancing and developing our Dynamics 365 CRM platform to improve how our organisation manages customer relationships and operational workflows. As a hands-on developer, you will enjoy building end-to-end solutions and delivering meaningful improvements within a structured environment. This position offers a competitive rate of £400 - £475 per day and requires two days per week onsite at our Belfast location.
