We are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering with significant experience in engineering leadership within high-growth or complex technology environments. You should possess the ability to shape both technology strategy and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Engineering, you will provide strategic and operational leadership of our engineering team. You will define and deliver the technical roadmap of our high-growth tech business in alignment with our business objectives. Your role will involve building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering function, which will include software engineers, product, and data teams. Additionally, you will act as the senior representative and site lead for our Northern Ireland office, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive culture, while solidifying our business as an employer of choice for technologists.
