Requirements
Must:
- Experience working on digital or tech projects with end-to-end delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills to keep everyone aligned
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, preferably Agile
- Problem-solving ability to spot issues early and keep projects moving
- Experience in the utility or energy sectors is essential
- Knowledge of IT systems used within the energy industry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and bring digital ideas to life
- Organize project activities to track progress and prioritize tasks that add value
- Support the rollout of tools and platforms across the business, including Microsoft stack and low-code tools
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
- Ensure successful project implementation and user adoption within the business
- Continuously improve processes and delivery methods for better outcomes
