Must:
We are looking for someone who has proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate (or similar automation tools). You should possess a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data, formulas, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple mini-projects. We value a curious, self-motivated individual who can learn new tools quickly. Experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments is preferred. Additionally, being a people person is crucial—you should be able to engage with busy teams, understand their challenges, and develop practical solutions. A degree in a STEM field or experience with SQL would be a bonus, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities
In this newly created role, my focus will be to identify and deliver process improvements and automation across multiple departments. I will build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel. Furthermore, I will develop and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline repetitive tasks. Collaboration with finance and revenue teams will be key as we work together to automate daily reporting, data exports, and reconciliation tasks. I will also integrate and transform data from diverse systems (EPOS, telephony, property management, accounting, etc.). Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, I will gather requirements and turn them into actionable solutions. Providing basic data analysis and business insight to support decision-making will also be part of my responsibilities. Lastly, I will research and propose new tools or platforms to enhance automation and reporting.
