Must:
I am looking for candidates who have a proven track record of delivering complex Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions at an enterprise scale. You should possess extensive experience in system architecture, solution design, and leadership within multi-supplier environments. A strong technical foundation in .NET, C#, APIs, and system integrations is essential. You must be able to engage at a senior level with clients and internal teams, and you should feel comfortable working across both delivery and pre-sales engagements. Eligibility for security clearance is a must, and you must hold a UK passport. Desirable qualifications include Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure, as well as experience with cloud architecture, governance frameworks, and solution assurance. Involvement in the Microsoft community or thought leadership activities would be advantageous, along with familiarity with user-centered design and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
In this senior-level role, you will lead the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-wide Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. You'll oversee complex, multi-team project delivery, ensuring technical quality and governance throughout. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide strategic direction and best-practice guidance. Additionally, you will support pre-sales efforts by contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution design. Driving technical innovation will be part of your responsibilities, particularly championing the use of low-code technologies and AI-powered solutions. You will also coach and mentor other architects and technical leads, helping to enhance our internal capabilities.

This position is with a leading digital consultancy that is expanding its senior Microsoft leadership team.
