Requirements
Must:
- Experience in data analytics, BI, or insight-focused roles
- Strong skills in Power BI and Excel
- Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience turning data into meaningful business insight
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Desirable: SQL and/or Python
- Desirable: Experience working with ERP systems or data warehouse environments
- Desirable: Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations
- Desirable: Interest in automation, AI, or advanced analytics
- Desirable: Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
Responsibilities
- Integrate and analyse data from multiple sources to provide a clear view of business performance
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs (primarily using Power BI and Excel)
- Deliver insights that support commercial and operational decision-making
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Support leadership with data-driven insights to shape business strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and supply chain
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting best practices

We are an established, multi-site organisation operating across Ireland, seeking a Business Insight & Data Analytics Lead to help shape how data is used across our business. This is a highly visible role that allows for strong influence on strategy and modern data approaches.
