To be considered for the Business Analyst (SAP FICO) position, you must have:
- Significant hands-on experience in SAP FICO within a complex environment.
- A strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
- Proven ability to partner with finance teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and business analysis.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-discipline applications team.
#### Desirable Experience (Not essential, but beneficial):
- Familiarity with SAP VIM, SAP IBP, CBP, or SAP Analytics Cloud/BW.
- Background in FMCG.
- Exposure to other SAP modules or different ERP systems.
- Project management experience (formal or informal).

Responsibilities
As the SAP FICO Business Analyst, you will:
- Act as our organisation's subject matter expert for SAP FICO.
- Support a major finance transformation project, including company code consolidation and reporting structure redesign.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver functional solutions.
- Own enhancements, configuration changes, testing (including UAT), and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide second-line application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to systems governance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP and business processes.

We are a leading multi-site organisation seeking to enhance our Business Solutions & Applications team with an experienced Business Analyst (SAP FICO). This is a pivotal role supporting a major finance transformation programme, offering a blend of project work, business analysis, and system improvements in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, along with a hybrid working model—3 days in our Belfast office and 2 days working from home. You will be part of a supportive team culture with a strong emphasis on collaboration and will have the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact finance projects, with long-term potential beyond the initial project phase.
