Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within CRM or transformation programmes
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise CRM platform
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced delivery environments
- Financial services or regulated industry experience desirable
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements
- Analyse and document current processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Produce clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions
- Support solution design, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to user adoption, documentation and change activities
