Requirements
Must:
- Relevant experience on a similar project.
- Experience gathering and analysing functional requirements for systems or digital projects.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of a new ERP system, specialising in either HR or Payroll modules.
- Gather and validate detailed business requirements, mapping current and future processes to inform system design.
- Act as a key liaison between service users, ICT colleagues, external partners, and the ERP implementation team.
- Contribute to system configuration, data migration, testing, and defect resolution to ensure a successful transition.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and change logs.
- Assist with change management through training, communications, and transition planning to support service users.
- Provide ongoing insight and recommendations to enhance business processes and ensure project delivery against agreed milestones.
Description
We, at MCS Group, are currently working in partnership with a public sector organisation to recruit a Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract (6 months with a view to extension).
