Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd-line IT Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a 2nd Line Support or similar IT role. You should have experience supporting business applications, such as ERP, CRM, and MRP, as well as experience supporting a global service desk.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide hardware and software support for all users within our local site in Bangor. You will serve as a point of escalation for global sites and liaise with different business units to support the business-as-usual systems required for each team to operate. Additionally, you will create and maintain accurate IT documentation for any processes that are amended or created. You will work closely with global IT Teams to support multiple sites within our business and troubleshoot all hardware aspects of the manufacturing site, including desktops, printers, telephone systems, and production machinery.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to advance to a third-line support engineer role. We offer a salary of up to £40,000, with a Monday to Friday schedule and an early finish on Fridays. The position is based onsite in Bangor.
