Quality Assurance Engineer - Filton

- Experience in software development, full life cycle, and quality assurance - Knowledge of software processes including national and international standards and assurance requirements - Auditing experience (advantageous) - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across all programmes - Collaborative but objective approach with the ability to influence change when required - Ability to lead Project Quality Assessments, identify risks and critical issues, and provide recommendations to monthly reports - Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing - Ability to remain calm under pressure and cope well with unexpected changes - Capacity to work independently as part of a functional and integrated team - Ideally possess an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience with an understanding of new and appropriate technologies - Experience or knowledge of configuration management, documentation, and requirements management systems (highly beneficial)
