Requirements
Must:
- Relevant work experience ideally supported by qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Electrical / electrical test experience is advantageous
- Ability and confidence to report to all levels of the business
- Strong practical problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and facilitate improvement activities
- Good planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks and deliver objectives
- Highly self-motivated with determination and persistence to deliver results despite challenges
Responsibilities
- Facilitate practical problem-solving activities to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct process audits, issue non-conformances, and facilitate root cause and corrective actions
- Provide frontline support for non-conformance management in manufacturing functions
- Administer non-conformities and containment activities
- Collate and analyze non-conformance data, highlighting trends and risks, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Manage customer concerns and escapes involving inter-company facilities in Europe and external customers
- Oversee inscapes between business units within manufacturing
- Interface with programmes quality representatives and wider quality teams to share data and progress on non-conformities
- Approve FAIs, C of Cs, and other product-related documents as needed
- Support the transfer of new products into manufacturing, verify PFMEAs, risk register actions, and assist with industrial validation activities

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principle Product Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team in Bolton, providing support to the Manufacturing teams.
