Must:
We’re looking for someone who is degree qualified in System Engineering and has experience in the following areas:
- A solid record of accomplishment in System Engineering, including Testability, Test (Environmental/EMC), and Validation (Certification) processes. You should be able to understand and address system requirements, analyze system behavior, manage system architecture, and ensure overall functionality.
- Strong experience in Model Based System Engineering.
- Proven experience in process improvement/change management, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to define and communicate a clear engineering vision.
- A self-motivated leader who is committed to working both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong communicator with the ability to influence, collaborate, and network effectively.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in building capability and developing our future roadmap and strategic plans. You will collaborate with external stakeholders to measure and monitor our successes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving opportunities to support sustainability for validation strategies, while maintaining and developing skills and competencies.
- Supporting internal knowledge management and implementing change strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
- Engaging in all phases of the V model and design life cycle, from requirement inception through to Verification & Validation plans, culminating in the generation of Certificates of Design.
- Influencing system requirements and design decisions, while engaging with wider multi-discipline design teams, including Project Managers, Architects, Electronic Engineers, FPGA Engineers, and Software Engineers.
- Leveraging the latest tools and methodologies, especially Model Based System Engineering.
