Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with experience in leading a team in an advanced technological environment and a strong background in software development.
- You must demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet project timelines and quality standards while providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- A strong understanding of software development processes, including requirements analysis, design, and testing, is essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Experience in the defence sector is not essential, and candidates from automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics backgrounds are welcome.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape, support, and develop a team of software engineers working on various Embedded and Real-Time Software projects.
- You will oversee the specification, design, building, testing, and delivery of software that transforms electronic components into highly capable missile systems.
- Your responsibilities will include fostering growth and collaboration with multi-functional teams to achieve project objectives within schedule and budget constraints.
- You will work alongside a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a key part in a supportive and expanding software engineering environment.
