Requirements
Must:
- You must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
- After the offer stage, you will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) managed by our Personnel Security Team.
- Ideally, you should have a degree in an engineering, science, or mathematics discipline, along with experience in software product development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and influence others are essential.
- You should be comfortable coaching, mentoring, and leading managers responsible for delivering critical software products.
Responsibilities
- You will lead, support, and grow a new group of software engineers within the Test Equipment Resource and Capability group.
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that software development teams have the necessary capabilities, skills, and capacity to meet business commitments.
- You will foster a collaborative and open environment, inspiring others to achieve and exceed shared goals.
- You will focus on the development and adoption of product line approaches in a multinational context.
- You will support manufacturing in integrating new Test Equipment (TE) solutions and assist in gathering real user requirements for improving software solutions.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £75,000 depending on experience, along with a company bonus of up to 21% based on performance.
