Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering software and/or hardware solutions for simulated and synthetic environments.
- You should have experience in project definition and management using agile principles, including planning, milestones, and critical path management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential.
- I need individuals with stakeholder influence and management capabilities, as well as team leadership and people management experience.
- You must demonstrate the ability to manage requirements and change effectively.
- A proactive approach to managing and mitigating risks is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions utilizing the latest technologies.
- Your focus will be on supporting MBDA across the whole project lifecycle, using software and hardware to represent and simulate MBDA weapon systems.
- I expect you to balance technical benefits, business costs, and operational constraints while delivering complex solutions.
- You will integrate real products, models, and synthetic environments to provide visualization, demonstrations, verification and validation, as well as training capability and support.
- You will guide the team in employing agile methodologies to develop simulation components for MBDA's weapon systems, utilizing IEEE and military standards.
