Process Assurance Engineer

- I ideally seek candidates with an understanding and background in software development and quality assurance within a process-based design and development environment. However, I am open to considering individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries. - Knowledge of software processes, including national and international standards and assurance requirements, is essential. Experience in auditing would be advantageous. - I need individuals who can build strong relationships with colleagues across all programs and have a collaborative yet objective approach, with the ability to influence change when necessary. - Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead Project Quality Assessments, identify risks and critical issues, and provide input to monthly reports. - Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing, are critical, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and cope well with unexpected changes. - You should be able to work independently as part of a functional and integrated team. An Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, alongside knowledge of configuration management, documentation, and requirements management systems, is highly beneficial.
