Requirements
Must:
- British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship (security clearance required).
- Understanding of different system levels and stakeholders perspectives.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Python scripting, IBM ALM ETM/Doors, PLM, JIRA, Excel, and basic macros.
- Self-management skills with a proactive approach to workflow improvement and personal development.
- Knowledge of testing and certifying complex systems throughout the development lifecycle; experience in functional/software testing is preferred.
- Ability to monitor project milestones and targets, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ISV Team Lead to ensure best practices and capabilities across WSSE products throughout the development cycle.
- Plan, design, and specify tests based on customer needs and system architecture.
- Conduct regular progressive assurance testing during software development.
- Support technical investigations into defects and emergent behaviors.
- Facilitate external software integration with engineering partners and customers.
- Analyze data logs and report findings on software functionality to project leads and stakeholders.
- Write test and analysis reports for certification and support the software delivery/release process, including certification.
