Requirements

Must:
- I am seeking a proactive, passionate, and resilient Scrum Master to guide and grow one or more teams who are new to Agile or need assistance developing Agile ways of working. - I expect you to be a role model for Agile behaviors, with the capacity to coach, facilitate, mentor, and train others on the Agile mindset, behaviors, frameworks, and practices. - You should have experience leading meetings and workshops, driving actions from them, and ensuring they provide value. - A keen interest in applying Agile ways of working in a combined hardware and software landscape is essential. - You should possess a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt to a unique working environment that contributes significantly to UK defense and sovereignty. - Due to the nature of the work and the emphasis on team development, you will need to be on-site 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

- As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and training teams in Agile ways of working. - Your focus will be on delivering value at the team level while collaborating with the wider program and Agile practice. - You will assist teams in embedding effective delivery practices, optimizing value, proactively resolving issues or impediments, and coaching in a complex program landscape. - Since our working context is atypical, you will need to maintain a pragmatic and flexible approach to adapt a wide range of Agile principles and practices to maximize benefits for the teams and the program.
