Sap Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record in SAP implementations. You should have: 1. Experience managing or supporting changes in a transformation environment, utilizing a range of change management techniques. You must be able to organize and coordinate iterative product development while identifying and resolving cultural barriers to change. 2. Demonstrable high-quality stakeholder management experience across various roles, including Senior Management, business areas, communications, and suppliers. Understanding the different approaches and responses from stakeholders in a change management context is essential. 3. Knowledge and experience of working in a project management environment, ensuring that all work is completed to the expected quality, within time and budget constraints. 4. Proven ability in benefits realization, employing appropriate datasets and creating benefits realization plans to articulate the long-term outcomes and benefits of change initiatives. 5. Business Analysis and/or Business Change experience.
