Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of call centre operations
- Knowledge of call routing systems
- Experience with IVR menus
- Familiarity with DTMF tones
- Ability to manage queues and transfers
- Experience with business hours and out-of-hours handling
- Knowledge of holiday routing and failover processes
Responsibilities
- Design and build a modern, AI-powered call centre using Microsoft tools
- Control the flow of calls and messages from customers to bots and human agents
- Integrate telephony, CRM, automation, and AI into a cohesive system
Description
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Contact Centre Telephony Consultant for an initial 4-month contract, offering £580 per day outside IR35. The role involves two days per week in the office. Join our team to innovate and enhance our call centre solutions with cutting-edge technology.
