Requirements
Must:
- Experience in conducting user research to uncover user needs and identify requirements
- Analyzing user needs and behaviors
- Developing ideas and transforming requirements into responsive wireframes, mock-ups, and designs that are clear and intuitive
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders
- Testing and iterating designs based on feedback
- A passion for UX/UI design, problem solving, and improving user experiences
- A keen eye for visual design and detail
- Strong creativity and the ability to bring insights to life through design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and demonstrate your thinking clearly
- Willingness to learn and be involved in all stages of the design lifecycle
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Eligibility to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government SC-Level security clearance
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of software products and projects
- Work on design of applications and data management systems in defense
- Collaborate closely with customers and their users to capture user needs
- Transform designs into real, meaningful experiences
- Participate in expert coaching and mentoring within the team
- Solve problems and think creatively to improve user experiences
- Test designs and iterate based on feedback received
