Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Strong background in Systems Engineering
- Proficiency in System Design Documentation
- Experience in Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
- Knowledge in Test and acceptance of integrated systems
- Familiarity with the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
- Skills in Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect, etc.)
Desirable qualifications include:
- Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
- Knowledge of Defence Industry EW systems
- Previous military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition)
Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineer at our expanding Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS), you will play a critical role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and support of new capabilities for various technological platforms
- Participating in local and global trials with both existing and future technologies
- Working independently and maintaining close communication with our valued customers
- Ensuring successful deployment, verification, and validation of systems
- Developing into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries
- Gathering stakeholder use cases and drafting requirements specifications (URD and SRDs)
