IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for candidates with experience in server architecture and hardware installations. You should have a solid understanding of Windows Server, network protocols such as TCP/IP, and backup technologies. Experience with out-of-band systems, network infrastructure, virtualization, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless systems is essential. You should also have detailed exposure to the Windows operating system and common Microsoft products like Exchange and SQL Server. Familiarity with deployment tools like WSUS, SCCM, and third-party patch management tools is necessary, as well as knowledge of performance monitoring tools using WMI, SNMP, and API integrations. It would be beneficial to also have experience with Linux operating systems, an understanding of government security classifications, and working knowledge of the Jira Service Management ITSM tool. You must be a UK National eligible to work in the UK and capable of obtaining and maintaining a UK Government DV-level security clearance.
