Requirements
Must:
- Systems Engineering
- System Design Documentation
- Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
- Test and acceptance of integrated systems
- Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
- Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
Desirable:
- Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
- Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems
- Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).
Responsibilities
- Help with the design, implementation, and support of new capabilities.
- Participate in local and worldwide trials using existing and future technology.
- Work autonomously with unprecedented access to the customer.
- Ensure the success of deployment, verification, and validation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries.
- Gather stakeholder use cases and write requirements specifications (URD and SRDs).
- Provide ongoing support and continuous assistance during deployment.
- Leverage Model Based Systems Engineering (UML/SysML/Archimate) skills in design activities.

We are MASS, and we invite you to join our expanding Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS) at our Porton Down location in Salisbury. Our team comprises over 60 electronic warfare specialists with diverse backgrounds, including engineers, scientists, and ex-military personnel.
