Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite or similar design tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in conducting user research
- Ability to analyze user needs and behaviors
- Strong creativity with the ability to translate insights into designs

- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Eligible to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government SC-Level security clearance
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of software products and projects
- Design applications and data management systems in the defence sector
- Conduct user research to uncover user needs
- Analyze user needs and behaviors
- Develop and transform requirements into responsive wireframes, mock-ups, and designs
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
- Test and iterate designs based on feedback
