Requirements
Must:
As a candidate, you should possess essential experience in Systems Engineering and have coding experience using MATLAB/Simulink. It is important to have expertise in integrating heterogeneous models across different engineering disciplines and experience with test and acceptance of integrated systems. Familiarity with the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle and knowledge of Defence Industry EW systems is crucial. Additionally, desirable experiences include Requirements Management with tools like DOORS or Enterprise Architect, Systems Modelling using UML/SysML, System Design Documentation, and previous ex-Military experience with EW systems in roles such as operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition. Due to the secure nature of our projects, you must be a UK National, eligible to work in the UK, and able to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC-level security clearance.
Responsibilities
As a thought leader in our team, you will shape complex technical concepts from analysis through to delivery, applying your Model-Based Systems Engineering expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to drive the expansion of our system modeling and simulation efforts, providing the necessary expertise and guidance to enhance our capabilities in these areas.
