Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in server infrastructure administration and third-line support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (including Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Practical experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
- Hands-on expertise with HP storage platforms (e.g., 3PAR, Primera, Alletra)
- Solid working knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication for backup and disaster recovery
- Understanding of change, incident, and problem management processes
- Eligibility to work in the UK and undergo UK government DV Clearance
Desirable experience:
- Experience with Windows Server roles such as DFS and DNS
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and capacity planning for storage and backup systems
- Experience developing automation or scripting for routine maintenance tasks
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification
