Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer with at least five years of experience. It is essential that you have the ability to install and configure Windows Server 2022/2025 technologies, including WSUS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, NPS, LDAPS, LAPS, AppLocker, Certificate Authority (Public Key Infrastructure), Smart Cards, File Servers, KMS, and WDS/MDT. You should have experience with Windows 10/11, FortiGate Firewalls, and Switch protocols, including a CCNA level of knowledge. Additionally, we require working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, vSphere, and VMware, along with experience in Dell SANs (including iSCSI, RAID) and Dell Servers. Familiarity with software such as Nessus, Ad Audit Plus, SIEM, Wireshark, SQL Server, and Jira Service Desk Management is also important. Your networking knowledge should cover routing protocols (OSPF), multicast, QoS, layer 2 protocols (RSTP, VLANs, Port Channels, Trunking, Storm Control, BPDU Guard), and security protocols (802.1x, Port Security, IPSec VPN, access control lists, SSH, Radius, ARP inspection, DHCP Snooping, GRE, LADPS, and SAML). Experience with WSUS, backup technology, monitoring tools (SNMP, NetFlow/SFlow, logging, and WMI), fiber connectivity, subnetting, VoIP, and video conferencing systems is expected. We need someone with excellent troubleshooting skills who can independently solve problems.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather system demands and translate them into technical specifications. You will work autonomously in providing unprecedented customer access using cutting-edge technology and industry-leading practices. Your expertise will guide you through the entire engineering lifecycle of a secure network, including requirements capture, system design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Additionally, you will manage and create the IT infrastructure of a state-of-the-art synthetic test & evaluation system while providing third-line support to meet business demands. As a mentor, you will coach colleagues with less experience, ensuring the timely completion of projects in accordance with the change management procedure.
