- Experience with Server Architecture and hardware installations
- Proficiency in Windows Server, network protocols (TCP/IP), and backup technologies
- Familiarity with Out of Band systems, network infrastructure, virtualization, VLANs, VPN, and wireless technologies
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system and common Microsoft products (e.g., Exchange, SQL Server)
- Experience with deployment tools such as WSUS, SCCM, and third-party patch management tools
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools using WMI, SNMP, and API integrations
- Must be a UK National, eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to obtain and maintain UK Government DV-level security clearance

Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for infrastructure support issues for both internal and external users, focusing on Microsoft Operating systems and hardware technologies
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and manage all planning phases to ensure smooth onboarding of newly procured hardware
- Engage in regular fieldwork with necessary UK travel, and occasional overseas travel, depending on customer location
- Support various internal and external projects in alignment with our technological requirements
