Must:
We are looking for an IT Business Partner with ideally three years of experience, or a Senior Business Analyst eager to transition into the IT Business Partner role. You should have a strong background in driving the adoption and enhancement of enterprise applications, specifically Kantar XTEL, Salesforce Sales Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Work Force Management solutions. Experience with automation tools, preferably the Power Platform, is essential, along with a proven track record of identifying and delivering automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve process efficiency. Additionally, you should have experience in business case development and defining value KPIs for new initiatives and tools, and tracking these KPIs effectively to report back to teams and the business.
Responsibilities
As an IT Business Partner, you will serve as a critical bridge between IT/Technology and our business functions while focusing on core areas such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. Your role will involve driving the adoption of digital solutions and enhancing our enterprise applications, ensuring they deliver measurable value. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering automation opportunities, translating business needs and requirements into IT initiatives, and developing business cases that define key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, you will track the value of our applications, enable user adoption through training and change management activities, and manage local vendors to ensure they meet our time, cost, budget, and delivery requirements. You will also engage in stakeholder management, partnering with local and global teams to facilitate the delivery of scalable and sustainable solutions.
Description
This is a permanent position with a salary of £55,000 plus a 12% bonus and a benefits package. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work three days a week in Slough, Berkshire.
