Must:
We are seeking a Data Genius who brings proven experience working with data in an e-commerce or technology setting. You should have hands-on familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or Make.com. A strong understanding of SQL, spreadsheets, and data transformation workflows is essential. You should also have a basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data transfer methods. While coding or scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar is an advantage, it is not mandatory. You need to be comfortable working across multiple systems and possess the ability to solve practical data challenges. Exceptional attention to detail and a continual willingness to learn new tools and methods are vital.
Responsibilities
As part of our core technical team, you will format and manipulate product, pricing, and stock data to create and maintain accurate online listings. Your role will involve building and optimizing automated workflows that save time and reduce human error. You will work with tools like n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms. Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries to extract and transform data effectively is also a key duty. Additionally, you will integrate with e-commerce, ERP, and PIM systems, ensuring clean data flows between platforms. Supporting and maintaining API and EDI connections with suppliers and partners will be part of your responsibilities as well. You will develop lightweight scripts or code to streamline operations and collaborate with our tech and e-commerce teams to continually improve our data accuracy, speed, and reliability.
