Requirements
Must:
- Extensive operational experience in complex technology delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of network transmission systems (e.g., Ericsson OMS, ABB Fox)
- Hands-on experience with NMC/NMS environments
- Solid understanding of SDH/PDH, MPLS, and DWDM technologies
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis for major incidents
- Experience contributing to SLA and performance metrics
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule
Responsibilities
- Responsible for routing design, validation, and circuit production for SDH/PDH telecommunication services
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line network engineering support at customer sites
- Manage complex technical incidents while maintaining clear communication with specialist engineers and client personnel
- Ensure SLA compliance and follow contract governance processes
- Prioritize site health, safety, and operational standards
