Responsibilities
- Handle complex and high-priority access requests, ensuring accurate ticket management
- Serve as the escalation point for first-line teams, providing guidance and technical support
- Lead the resolution of exceptions by identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Coordinate access for critical or sensitive activities with senior external stakeholders
- Verify advanced security clearances for high-security or restricted sites
- Coach and support first-line colleagues while sharing knowledge
- Communicate proactively with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Escalate unresolved challenges with clear context and recommended actions
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues and suggesting enhancements to processes
